Dave likes this place so much because it is so quiet and so close to the beach and town centre. ‘Beachfront’ offers eight spacious apartments situated in the popular 'Fishpen' area of Merimbula. Each apartment faces north to catch the winter sun. Apartments are tastefully furnished with a spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with full size bath and separate shower recess, separate toilet and laundry. Each apartment contains a comfortable queen size bed, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV,  Video player,  Free pay TV (Austar),  full size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, heating and electric blankets. Personal linen is not included but may be hired at a nominal fee. All Apartments have an identical layout but furnishings may differ slightly. For your relaxation and enjoyment there is a solar heated in-ground pool and covered large gas barbeque set in pleasant landscaped gardens where wild parrot come to feed. For the tiny tots there is a play gym. The main surf beach with patrolled safety area in the holiday period and tennis courts are directly opposite.  A playing oval, general store, takeaway food and hire outlet shops are within a short walk. The township of Merimbula is a pleasant 10 minute stroll away.
